Dear Diane,
There is an option to add a cost to a request when entering it into
Millennium. You need to have whatever fund the ILL request is going to
be charged against set up in millennium acquisitions. There is little
set up, but there should be information in the manual...
Out ILL's librarian is on leave, so I am sorry I can't be more specific.

Subject: ILL charges
Hello,
We are about to switch from Lancaster ILLOS to Millennium ILL for our
ILL service. At present any charge we make for requests is not
integrated into Lancaster nor have we found any way to use Millennium
for this. We have toyed with the idea of adding charges to the fines tab
in a patron record, but, for a variety of reasons, we are reluctant to
do this.
Have any Millennium ILL users managed to come up with a suitable
solution?
Thanks,
Diane
