The School of Social Sciences, Media and Cultural Studies (SSMCS), is
delighted to announce 8 fee waivers for Postgraduate Studies, for full
time students starting September 2008.
We invite application for MA Refugee Studies. This pioneering MA at the
University of East London provides students with a full analysis of
forced migration and options to focus on human rights and refugee law,
citizenship and settlement, gender matters, psycho-social issues,
community and welfare, and theories of ethnicity, diaspora and exile.
The programme is especially applicable to those with a personal
experience of forced migration as well as those who work, or have a
desire to work, with refugees, asylum policy, human rights issues and
law, social justice, community and NGO development.
