Hello,
First of all, Tim reminds me that his environment.txt is for 64-bit, so if
yours is 32 bit you'll need to change lib64 --> lib.
As for the script (named analysis) that installCode creates, it is put in
the ccpnmr/bin directory (which you will have to create) and it should
look like (if you are using bash: see below for csh):
#!/bin/bash
export CCPNMR_TOP_DIR=wherever_you_unpacked_analysis
export PYTHONPATH=.:$CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/ccpnmr1.0/python
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib64:/usr/X11R6/lib64
export TCL_LIBRARY=/usr/lib/tcl8.4
export TK_LIBRARY=/usr/lib/tk8.4
/usr/bin/python -i -O
$CCPNMR_TOP_DIR/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/analysis/AnalysisGui.py $1 $2 $3 $4 $5
If you are using bash (or don't mind the script doing so) and if you use
Tim's environment.txt file the only thing you should need to edit in the
above is CCPNMR_TOP_DIR, which should be the directory in which the top
CCPN directory (ccpnmr) is located. If you are using csh (or variants)
then at the top you instead put:
#!/bin/csh
and change the "export" to "setenv" and replace the "=" with " " (a
space).
