Dear Ankit,
There is a pre-compiled version of Analysis available for Windows here:
http://www.ccpn.ac.uk/ccpn/software/ccpnmr-analysis/public/
This file contains format converter, but it is launched from inside
Analysis itself:
Install the above file
After running Analysis, create a new project.
Go to 'other' in the menu app and click on Format Converter
