Are you using Analysis on a Mac?
You can correct this by going chaning the minimum alias frequency by a
few hundredths of a ppm. This parameter is modified in experiment ->
edit spectra -> referencing.
The reason I mention a Mac is that I see this problem on a mac, but
not Redhat or suse linux.
