HCI 2008 runs from the 1st -5th September in Liverpool, European City
of Culture. The first two days of the week are given over to
workshops, tutorials and the ever important Doctoral consortium.

Many of the workshops are associated with a set of formal proceedings,
and even special issues of journals. However, the position papers
submitted are not published in any formal HCI 2008 proceedings.
Workshop fees are set at £80.00. There is no compulsion to attend the
main HCI conferences however we do recommend HCI 2008, as it remains
the premier European HCI conference attracting and international array
of presenters and attendees.
