Dear Mirtes,
in SPM2 you can enter all your factor levels (e.g. T1 T2 V1 V2) into a
one-way repeated measures ANOVA, but the variance between the factors
(independence and variance in the non-sphericity correction) is model more
appropriate in SPM5.
