SCONUL data is painting and assist them in using the data in future service planning
decisions
Outcomes
At the end of the programme participants will be able to:
Enter their data into a pre-prepared Excel spreadsheet and obtain critical percentages
and graphs about their costing structure
Use the information about costing structure alongside other SCONUL management information
to interpret how others might see their service provision
Identify key action areas they would like to take back to their workplace for further
discussion and action
Develop, with others, broad plans as to how they will progress those action areas on
return to the workplace through their line management structure
