Emma's point is a useful reminder, but I think it misses the issue here, at least as far as my own practice is concerned.
I don't want to read papers on screen, rather than on paper, if I can help it, and the latter of these media allows students to spoof what one sees as compared to what TII sees, if they have access to an effective macro.

Can't you just set up Word on your PC to disable Macros ... unless it's
a macro programming course, I can't see why a piece of Coursework would
have macros in it.
