I think I see what you're saying but look I didn't mean to throw off creativity in fact, of course, there are scholarly and credible avenues - and a range of formats and journals available sufficient - I think to accommodate the imagination of designers and writers and producers without using 'making' as an excuse for not publishing - if you see what i mean. And I'm sure I'll have a different view when more project-based grants come my way. Good to talk.
