We're developing a comparative usability study of different decision support
resources for hand-held computers to be used by hospital physicians. We want
to study actual use rather than setting up a simulated laboratory test.
Ideally we want to install usability test software on a mobile
computer/telephone (HTC TYTN II) so we can capture the doctors' interactions
with the resources when they occur (capture the screen as video, at
minimum). Does anyone know of software built to do this? I've investigated
Techsmith who make Morae usability software for pc's, but they don't produce
this kind of product (yet).
