well, Not Quite.
the "records" themselves are not there, only the "sommaire" of them.
which can, however, be rather detailed and precise, sometimes including even
lengthy quotes from the (frequently illegible late middlevil) originals.
this is especially true of the volumes written by the archiviste Lucien
Merlet, which are quite excellent.
