You don't need to write to Edexcel to do this, just complete SA2 [BTEC]
form with new programme details. I found they responded within a week to
check that the programme numbers used were the ones we wanted to use.
(yes it surprised me too!!)

Cath,
Be aware that if the qualification has now been superseded, you will not
be able to complete the transfer online as the award will not be listed.
You can arrange for the transfer by writing to the BTEC RACS team at
Edexcel and requesting they do it for you. Eventually you may get a
reply from them! If you are still able to register on the award then you
can do the transfer by going on BTEC/Candidates/Transfer within centre.

Subject: Advice needed
I appear to be having a mental block and need some advice.
I have a group of students registered on a National Diploma, the tutor
feels that a lot of them are not going to come back next year and
therefore wishes to transfer them to the National Award and claim that
for them this year. Do I just transfer them on EDEXCEL online and will I
be charged. Also if they do then return would I be able to transfer
them back to the Diploma
I have done this before but for the life of me I cannot remember how I
did it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
