I have had this problem reported to me about 3 times in the past month.
I e-mailed IngentaConnect at the beginning of March and have not yet had
a reply. I too would be interested to know if anyone has been able to
get any assistance.

Subject: IngentaConnect problems?
Dear All,
We've been having download/access problems with IngentaConnect for more
than a week at SOAS. It seems to be for various publishers, titles and
years; where we have subscriptions showing as but if you attempt to
download an article we get a 404 error or "Remote server returned
incorrect Content-Type".
I've yet to have a response from their helpdesk, and was wondering if it
was just us and if anyone else had been able to get help.
