Hi,
We are experiencing the same problem at Canterbury Christ Church
University, mainly with regard to our Taylor and Francis, Routledge and
Carfax titles. I contacted Ingenta early last week and was told that
the publisher is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it as
quickly as possible. The resolution date has since been pushed back to
early next week.

Dear All,
I work at the University of Kent and we are also experiencing problems
accessing titles via Ingenta -errors I have got are similar to yours:
Browse Error
Due to an unexpected error we have been unable to complete this
operation. Please try again later. If the problem continues, please
contact [log in to unmask]
Another journal title I have just tried is Labour and I got the
following error:
Content Not Found
Unfortunately we are unable to locate the content you are looking for.
It is possible that the publisher, journal or issue is no longer hosted
at Ingenta, or that the link that brought you to this page is incorrect.
I am going to contact Ingenta now and await a response.
Thanks.
Best wishes.

Subject: IngentaConnect problems?
Dear All,
We've been having download/access problems with IngentaConnect for more
than a week at SOAS. It seems to be for various publishers, titles and
years; where we have subscriptions showing as but if you attempt to
download an article we get a 404 error or "Remote server returned
incorrect Content-Type".
I've yet to have a response from their helpdesk, and was wondering if it
was just us and if anyone else had been able to get help.
Thanks
Emma
