CDG West Country Division
Visit to Wells Cathedral
Saturday 12th April 2008
Following a successful and very interesting trip to Wells Cathedral last year, the West Country Division of the CDG is re-running a trip to Wells Cathedral on Saturday 12th April 2008 at 10.30am.
The tour will last an hour; and we will be taken around by the Librarian. Although the CDG will not be charging for this event, a donation of £5.50 is suggested by the Cathedral to help with its upkeep.
This trip will be of interest to those members currently undertaking their ACLIP or Chartership, or those members who would like to see how another library sector operates.
It will also be a chance to meet other librarians from various sectors in a more social environment.
Following feedback from last year's visit a trip around the High Parts of the Cathedral has also been organised for after the library tour at 1.00pm. There is an extra donation of £5.50 if you would like to attend this tour.
Places are limited to 10, so book early if you are interested.
