Same here, though cannot tell whether this relates to 2006/07 alone,
which is what they really want to know.

Hello Maureen,
yes you're right, that seems to be the case. I have put a note in the
survey explaining this. They seem to acknowledge it would only be an
approximate figure.
I've multiplied the number of times an item has been checked out by the
average loan period (ie 28 days).
