Thanks for the responses. One of the common themes was "I use
Microsoft Outlook but don't know how to customise "Out of Office"
autoreplies."
I don't use or understand Microsoft Outlook and don't know how to do
this. Please could someone who does have a look at the following (or
anything similar) and work out if it is possible to make it behave
with a modicum of netiquette?
