The WHO 60th Anniversary History Seminars, Geneva, Switzerland, 2008
This series of lectures deals with some of the most important elements of
international and global public health. Apart from dealing with the origins
of the WHO and some of the early challenges faced by it over time in
national and international contexts, these lectures also delve into the
history of the development of different disciplines and specialisms within a
multi-faceted organization with a goal of providing universal healthcare in
the broadest possible way.
