Is there any good evidence concerning the investigation of patients with
incidental adenomas on imaging and vague symptomatology for Cushing's, who
fail to suppress with ODST? Is response to dexamethasone age dependent?
Our endocrinologists are discussing this issue and would be interested to
know what experience exists in other hospitals. We use a cut-off of 50
nmol/l, but find some patients in the range 50 - 100.
Regards, David.
