You do have to wonder if that owes more to Challoner than Rheims - the KJV
has:
11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons,
and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.
Tyndale (1534, modernised) had:
And God wrought no small miracles by the hands of Paul: so that from his
body, were brought unto the sick, napkins or partlets, and the diseases
departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.
