Hi guys - we're sorry about this.
The info on the web is wrong - Lokke is right that the new way
involves parallelising via SGE and there is no complete info on the
web as to how to do it.
You can still use the old way, by copying old_bedpost* from $FSLDIR/
src/fdt to $FSLDIR/bin
and running old_bedpostx
The much better thing to do is to parallelise via SGE -
There are some early instructions for this for MAC at https://
www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/phpwiki/index.php/SGEApple
but it is not very user friendly yet :(
