2.20 Jakob Thomsen, Head of the Transparency Service, DG F, Council of
the European Union
The Council of the European Union - Information and
Communications Services Online Background Information
The presentation will consist of four parts: The role and
activities of the Council of the European Union; The Council website,
including the public register of documents; Web streaming and online
background information on public Council sessions; and, DG F - the Council's
Directorate General for Press, Communication and Protocol.
3.15 Jessica Brown, Academic Programme and Training Manager, Sweet &
Maxwell
Westlaw and Lawtel EU
The speaker will discuss the difference in content between
the two services and the key merits of each for finding EU information.

Please note that only Members may attend, but new Members are welcome.
Individual membership is £25 and Corporate membership is £35. Subscribing
now will allow attendance at both this meeting and the next so is very good
