COURSE: APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT USING MICROSOFT EXCEL VBA (1-DAY COURSE,
£275 PLUS VAT PER DELEGATE), EDINBURGH, 30 NOVEMBER 2007.
This course is aimed at current Excel users who have experience in
utilising Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) at an introductory
level** and who wish to learn how to create bespoke applications using
Excel VBA (** such as previous attendance on one of our "Introduction to
Excel VBA" courses or equivalent Excel VBA experience).
The course is hands-on and the delegate will be developing applications
throughout the day. Systems developed during the course will be
applicable back in the work-place, thereby enhancing spreadsheet
productivity very quickly.

* Defining system inputs and outputs
* Designing an application
* Creating an application to automatically filter data and save to
individual files
* Creating an application with userforms to collect, collate and analyse
questionnaire data
* Creating an application to automatically consolidate information from
multiple worksheets / workbooks into a single worksheet / workbook

Delegates will need to bring a laptop with Excel 2000, XP or 2003
installed. Alternatively, laptop hire can be arranged.
