SEC is recruiting for an experienced Biostatistician to join our
pharmaceutical client on an initial 6 month contract. The contract has a
high extension probability. The role will be based full time at our
client's site in Belgium. Full details of client and location are
available on application.
Role responsibilities:
* You will act as Trial Statistician for 1 or more clinical
trials. You will be is responsible for protocol development;
case report form review, randomization, IVRS specifications, review of
clinical data management documents, writing of the statistical
analysis plan, blind review before database lock, statistical analysis
and QC of statistical programming.
* You will follow up on the status of the various activities for
each of the studies in a project and ensure standardization across
studies within the project
* You will work on several clinical trials at the same time and/or
manage safety poolings for IND updates, ISS/ISE including all
trials performed historically. You will also prepare or supervise
preparation of Tables, Figures and Listings required for Summary
Documents
* You will understand the regulatory requirements with respect to
design and analysis of trials in his/her project.
We are looking for:
An experienced biostatistician professional with a minimum MSc
Qualification in Statistics. We are really looking for professional who
has specific CRO/Pharma experience, as opposed to experience gained in a
non commercial setting. Experience or specialisation in the CNS
therapeutic area will be highly advantageous. To secure this position
you should ideally have demonstrated the ability to act as a Lead
Statistician on one or more studies within Phase III-IV.
