Hi!
This is what I get:
antti@cortex:/tmp/fsl-selftest.s23908/data$ prelude -c feeds/fieldmap.nii.gz
-o phase
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'feeds/fieldmap'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(feeds/fieldmap): bad header info
Error: failed to open file feeds/fieldmap
Cannot open volume feeds/fieldmap for reading!
Not exactly the same message that yo get but something related to Nifti libs?
-Antti
