Very timely. We are exploring exactly the same issue and the message we are getting from colleagues elsewhere is that it is resource intensive as currently set up by TurnitinUK. The person at UEA dealing with this is Andy Mee and I have copied your email to him.

Subject: TurnitinUK and anonymous submissions
Hello,
I was hoping to find out how those who use TurnitinUK and are required to
do anonymous marking of work are doing it.
I am aware that various institutions are increasingly required to do
anonymous marking of work but as TurnitinUK associates each submission a
student makes with their name its seems extremely difficult.
I would appreciate your views, feedback and experiences with this.
Regards,
Janice
