Well, André told me that he was Paul's son. Other Parisian booksellers of my
acquaintance when I was making the rounds in the early '80s referred to him as
"Jammes fils". He's very erudite but in those days there were others who were
also erudite (and, as was André, generous with their time), which is what made
learning from them so pleasurable.
