Dear FSL Experts,
I would like to display 3d rendered tracts on clipped B0/FA images. What
would be the best way to do this ? The method I am trying to use is to take
a B0 or FA image and put it through the 3d viewer in fsl. But I then run
into problems as to how to create a mesh for my tract images so that I can
then import them as a mesh into the image. Could anyone help ? Or perhaps
someone could suggest a better method for displaying 3d rendered tracts on
clipped images.
The other method I have tried playing around with is using the overlay tool
to create a backgound image with the tract overlaid on it. I can view 2d
tracts on the clipped background image in the 3d viewer in fslview. But the
tracts are of course not rendered. Am I right in thinking the Renderstats
tool my be of some help ? I have tried starting that up but get the
following error message:
Error in startup script: invalid command name "tixControl"
while executing
"tixControl $w.f.statss -label " Number of stats images " -variable
vars($w,statss) -step 1 -min 1 -max $vars($w,maxstatss) -selectmode
immediate -com..."

Thanks.
