Dear FSL-experts,
With respect to bedpostx I understand that the default settings for fibres,
weight and bunin are 2, 1, and 1000 respectively. I understand that the
burnin can be varied depending on the SNR in one's dataset. Is there a
quick way of validating the optimal burnin, or is it a question of simply
assessing tractography results to see if you get what you would expect.
Also if the burnin is altered/increased say to 2000 by what kind of factor
would the processing time increase.
Thank you for your help.
