Hello,
full of impressions from nice course in Cardiff (Hello to all participants !) I finally upgraded FSL to version 4 using aptitude. When I started bet, it failed with several errors resulting from FSLDIR not being set. I made a symlink
"ln -s /usr/lib/fsl/bet /usr/bin/bet" and set "export FSLDIR=/opt/fsl". Now the error moved to bet2, which is unfortunately a binary, which complains:
/opt/fsl/bin/bet2: error while loading shared libraries: libmeshclass.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
but the file is present there:
#ls /opt/fsl/bin/libmesh* -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 88884 2007-09-01 13:58 /opt/fsl/bin/libmeshclass.so
The error is present even if runing from original location (/usr/share/fsl/bin/bet).
GUI tools run without problems, but CLI does not work. Any suggestion (besides of using GUI ;-) ) ???
with thanks for replies
George
