medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Kalamazoo call for abstract - Tuscan religious identity in the
medieval and Renaissance period
Dear medieval-religion colleagues,
I have had a cancellation, meaning I have an unexpected opening for a
speaker in the session I am organizing on 'Religion and Identity in
Medieval and Renaissance Tuscany' at the 2008 Kalamazoo congress.
If you are undertaking any research that can fit under this umbrella,
in any discipline (or any combination of disciplines), please contact
me privately at:

I must hear from you by 15 September. If you have already submitted an
appropriate abstract to the congress organizers for consideration in
regard to a general session, please write to me about this, and I will
assist you in ensuring that your paper is included with the session I
am organizing.
This will be the fourth year I have organized sessions on this theme
at Kalamazoo (and at the Renaissance Society of America), and I look
forward to the 2008 session being as stimulating as the others have
been.
All good wishes, George
