Hello.
I have a question about differences in how SIENA versions 2.3, 2.4, and 2.5
handle the use of the "-2" flag (for a two-class segmentation as opposed to
the default three-class segmentation).
As you can see in the summary below, SIENA version 2.3 returns different
PBVC values when it is run with the "-2" flag versus when it is run without
the "-2" flag, however SIENA versions 2.4 and 2.5 return the same PBVC
values when run either with or without the "-2" flag.
--------------------
SIENA PBVC_A-B
``````` ````````
2.3 -2 -0.03080
2.3 -0.01545
2.4 -2 -0.00944
2.4 -0.00944
2.5 -2 -0.04527
2.5 -0.04527
--------------------
Can anyone please explain what is going on.
Thank you in advance for your attention (and the great job on FSL 4!).
Cheers!
Aki
