Hi - if you have a very large number of subjects it's possible that
you are still having RAM problems:
- make sure you are running the 64-bit binaries (ie have a 64-bit
FSL distribution)
- make sure that you have plenty of swap space - 2GB RAM on its
own may not be enough.
If none of the above solves this then most likely there is some
problem with the input files to the call to tbss_skeleton.
