Hi -
just to add that the ApplyXFM gui will let you resample to whatever
voxel size/resolution you want.
It does it by doing exactly what Matt says below, but it savs you
having to make a reference image the right size.
It's not a good idea to upsample your data on the scanner, and then
downsample it offline. Can you not make your scanner store the data
in native resolution?
