Dear Christian,
Not quite the area you are interested in, but I did find a butchered Common Porpoise vertebrae from the Cathedral Refectory in Norwich, this was dated to 1538 to 1620. The report is published in:
Wallis, H. 2006 EAA No 116. 'Excavations At Norwich Cathedral Refectory'. East Anglian Archaeology Publications
If you'd like a copy of the report I could always photocopy and send to you.
Best wishes, Julie

Subject: [ZOOARCH] common porpoise
Hi List,
does anyone have references or reports about finds of common porpoise
(Phocoena phocoena) from late medieval (13th - 16th century) contexts in
the Frisian North Sea coastal area (West, East, North Frisia)? I am
especially interested in finds from monasteries.
Best
Christian
