Not exactly surgery, I mention these, because they´ll
most likely be missed be such a query at the imdb or
elsewhere: Alienkiller (by the director of Henry -
Portrait of a serial killer). On first glance just
trash, its protagonist (the alien killer) takes on
different identities by ripping victims´ heads off and
applying them to his own body which enables him to
adapt perfectly to his environment.
Then, an Eastern European very dark satire about three
dopplegangers of a deadly ill dictator, I only
remember "Titans" from the title.
