Dear Martha
I would be willing to translate the song for you.
I teach english literature and films, currently based in Chandigarh(in
India).
" Bombay" was made originally in Tamil and dubbed in hindi and telugu
later."kuchchikkuchchi raakkammaa" is tamil which has been used as such in
the hindi version, which of course you must be aware of.
I would also like to point out that this song in the hindi version of the
film is not an exact translation of the tamil version but almost a new song.
Would you like me to cross check the tamil version as well.
Regards
Surbhi Goel
