To clarify, consider the following:
1) IQ follows a normal distribution.
2) IQ in adults is 80% heritable.
3) IQ is the most accurate (i.e. reliable and valid) of all
psychological tests and assessments at predicting the performance of
simple tasks, academic success, job performance, health, longevity,
functional literacy, socioeconomic advancement and 'social pathologies'.
Given the above, inequalities are inevitable. Eugenics, anyone? :-)
