encourage applications. No UK project has been the winner of this award
yet which recognises creative use of technology in delivering public
library services with a $1 million payment to provide a sustainable
future for a successful project.
It would be good to see some UK applications in the mix of entries. This
is definitely not just for "developing" countries. Please find the
