Australian tv drama series, like Australian films, are generally awful. I
just can't watch them, they make me cringe. They used to be quite good, once
upon a time. Lots of reasons to do with economics that I won't bore you
with.
I only watch Iron Chef (Japanese edition) and a couple of comedies. And the
occasional doco or film on SBS.
Yes, Australian women are often very funny. I'm very glad I was brought up
here.
