A neat trick. I had taken D.'s approximate date of death from his entry in the Bautz _Biographisch-Bibliographisches Kirchenlexikon_, which latter in this instance relies on "popular" sources and does not take cognizance of D.'s participation in this synod. The _Ökumenisches Heiligenlexikon_ has D. dying in about 832.
