medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Dear all,
I read with great interest the call for papers at Kalamazoo on the topic of 'cognitive approaches to medieval texts'. I sheepishly confess that this strand of methodology seems to have passed me by - either because I have been working on other areas or else I have been calling my revisions and critique of social constructionism by the wrong name. Could anyone recommend the best starting point into the literature on this? A bit of shrewd guidance would be greatly appreciated before I wade into it haphazardly.
Many thanks,
Nicola Mellor.
