That's a good question. I believe at least one (if not both) of the
senior editors of the Chicago Homer are on this list. Has the
publication been submitted to BMCR, e.g.? Are there other specifically
classical venues that would review this sort of thing? What about
digital venues?
As for your final question, I think we should wait until the first has
been answered before speculating. ;-)
