Hello Everyone,
Thank you to everyone for information on processing, it's been really
interesting and very much appreciated. I'm getting a Barbary Ape from a
zoo at the weekend and keen to get this processed as fast as possible.
I'm hopeless at de-fleshing anything, so will try the horse manure in a
plastic tub method. Assuming that my neighbours don't see me in the
garden boxing a dead ape with horse manure and have me arrested, I shall
report back on how long the processing takes...
Best wishes, Julie
