Hi all,
I have not been able to contribute to the interesting discussions on
the list over the last couple of months, nor respond to some of the
off-list correspondence. My apologies to those of you who I have not
responded yet. Too many other demands on my time.
I was struck by the above remarks by Anne-Marie Willis. Neither
architecture nor planning are my fields, so I'm passing this on in
the hope of enlightenment from others.
Is architecture in a state of "fragmentation"? Has planning been a
"failure"?
We all know we live in an imperfect world, and there are many past
failures and future challenges but…?
Warm wishes from Melbourne,
where we had 7 mm of rain last night.
David
