We have an extensive interdisciplinary programme of work based in
Innogen at the University of Edinburgh and The Open University.
Applicants from all social science disciplines and aligned technical
fields in life sciences are welcome.
Innogen's current programme of work focuses on:
- Shaping of the new life science economy? Including changing roles of
companies, knowledge convergences and divergences, translational
research, and new public/private dynamics.
- Globalisation, access and inclusion in genomics knowledge, including
building capacities and capabilities. Focus on developing countries is
very welcome.
- Multi-level governance and evolution of new regulatory approaches,
including interaction with changing levels and styles of engagement.
Closing date for application is 1 June 2007 although exceptional
candidates can be considered at any time.
