The differences in the Ordinary of the Mass may be seen in:
W. Maskell, The Ancient Liturgy of the Church of England: According to the
uses of Sarum York Hereford and Bangor and the Roman Liturgy arranged in
parallel columns with preface and notes (Oxford, 1882) 3rd edition.
Reprinted 1973.
Note that the Use of Bangor, however, did not exist!
