I also found that bit of data odd. I can confirm that there are many
more than 3 non-Tehrani screens in Iran. The second number must be a typo.
These figures seem to indicate fewer screens available in Iran than in
1998? (http://www.unesco.org/courier/2000_10/uk/doss21.htm) -- whatever
the number, the limited number of screens is an ongoing problem in Iran;
one reason why so many Iranian films have very limited access to the
domestic market. 77 films screening in 300 screens in a country of 70+
million...
