Hi Wayne,
I use the spectra shortcuts regularly as it is generally much quicker
for me than clicking on the spectra toggle. In addition it means I can
toggle spectra on and off while having the contour toolbar open.
One option of avoiding the side effect theat Vicky sees would be to map
the spectra shortcuts to the keys f1-f10 instead of 1-0. That way there
would be no confusion when you type in numbers in dialog boxes and your
mouse slips.
And by using combinations like SHIFT-f1 and Ctrl-f1 you could extend
that to keyboard toggling up to 30 spectra. (I'm doing titrations at the
moment, so it is a bit annoying that I can only switch spectra 1-10
quite easily, but have to click on the spectra toggle for the rest -
that involves a lot of unnecessary mousing...)
Cheers,
Horst Joachim Schirra
